FIT 200: Physical Activity for Wellness

This course provides instruction in physical activity and its relationship to wellness.  Instruction incorporates health-related fitness, goal setting, behavior change, and factors that impact fitness motivation.  This classroom-based FIT offering is designed for those beginning their fitness and wellness journey. Students will participate in self-selected physical activities and fitness pursuits.

This class meets in-person as scheduled in Banner.  Physical activity and other course work are done online asynchronous as well.
