Mission, Vision, and Values

We provide a welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ people to connect, celebrate, and engage in critical dialogue through care, education, and advocacy.

We envision the Center as a place where every LGBTQIA+ person is safe, seen, and thriving, and where the campus community embodies advocacy, justice, and collective liberation as shared commitments for all.

Community Care: We center relationships and mutual responsibility, recognizing that our connections are essential to our collective well-being.

Compassion: We lead with intention, authenticity, and restorative action in all we do.

Courage: We challenge inequity and the status quo, leaning into vulnerability as a source of strength.

Empowerment: We foster opportunities for autonomy, self-determination, growth, and advocacy.

Justice & Equity: We prioritize liberation over assimilation and equity over comfort, disrupting harm through strategic resistance.
