Purpose & Expectations

A collaborative body that works alongside the Division of People, Equity and Culture (PEC) in activation and accountability for shared equity leadership work. The group is made up of leaders from every division, college, shared governance group (as appropriate), and strategic areas of focus.

  • Activate Shared Equity Leadership work through named initiatives and sub-group work
  • Provides input on metrics/KPIs
  • Reviews progress on metrics/KPIs, unit/department plans, BIPOC taskforce
