What Is "I am GV"?

The I am GV awards, presented by the Office of Student Life, recognize Grand Valley students who lead by example. Since 2003, Grand Valley has celebrated these students for their leadership, dedication, and hard work here at GV. Recipients include student employees, leaders in student organizations, resident assistants, students that excel in the classroom, and more. Students can be nominated by anyone in the Grand Valley community through a noncompetitive process. I Am GV is an opportunity to thank and honor the student leaders here at GV and celebrate what it means to be a Laker.
