As the compensation analyst for GVSU, Dani is responsible for managing the annual merit planning process and preparing compensation analyses for salary offers, promotions, market adjustments as well as updating market data annual. A pivotal part of her role is to provide guidance and counsel regarding pay/compensation decisions, compensation practices, policies and procedures. 

Dani earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business with a Human Resources Management concentration from Davenport University. In addition, she earned a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional certificate. In her free time, Dani enjoys sining, taking dance classes and traveling.
