This clinic will be held in the Kirkhof Center on the Allendale campus, Rooms 2266 & 2270.
Description
If you are interested in receiving your flu shot for this fall, register for one of the Flu Shot Clinics held on both the Allendale and Grand Rapids campuses. Spaces have been created to accommodate social spacing and mask regulations, and no more than ten individuals will be in each room at a time. Those interested can sign-up in advance, and don't forget to fill out the Flu and Insurance Forms before arriving at your appointment!
