CSAL Alumnus John Gipson '13 won the 2015 NASPA Region IV-East New Professional of the Year. The Outstanding New Professional Award is presented to one individual with no more than three years of experience within a professional position. The criteria for the award are: active involvement in NASPA and/or other professional organizations, innovative or creative programming efforts that address the needs of students at his or her institution, and outstanding service to his or her institution.
