Information Technology has partnered with Okta, an IT service management company, to create efficiencies in password updates and multi-factor authentication.

Beginning May 3, passwords for faculty and staff members will only need to be updated every 18 months, instead of every six months. Learn how to update and recover passwords through Okta in a Knowledge Base Article.

Also May 3, the use of multi-factor authentication for GVSU resources will only be required once every seven days. More information about MFA is online, including some restrictions.
