The Padnos/Sarosik Center for Civil Discourse is continuing its Campus Conversation Series, in collaboration with many campus departments, to offer space for students, faculty and staff to engage in dialogue.

"Impacts of Change: How is Everyone Doing?" is planned for February 4, 6:30-8 p.m., in the Kirkhof Center, Pere Marquette Room. Registration is required.

Lisa Perhamus, director of the center and professor of interdisciplinary studies, said the event will be a space for people to discuss how they are coping amid multiple national and international events. The Center for Civil Discourse will facilitate this program, along with Mediation Services.

Last year, more than 100 people attended a Civil Discourse event following the presidential election.

Co-sponsors of the program are Geography & Sustainable Planning, Political Science, Padnos International Center, Student Senate, GVSU Votes!, university faculty and staff associations and Inclusion & Equity.
