establishing working teams to address areas of concern from the 2024
Faculty Job Satisfaction survey.
Next are meetings with The
Change Leader, the consulting firm selected to work with Grand
Valley faculty and leaders to co-design an action plan for
best-in-class shared governance. Representatives from The Change
Leader will conduct interviews with members of the COACHE Steering
Team, UAS/ECS, Provost’s Cabinet and Senior Leadership Team.
From those interviews, a set of co-designed, half-day workshops will
be conducted in late March. These workshops will focus on building
shared trust with an understanding that action and resolution of
existing problems is a key part of that process. Dates and times will
be determined by late February. Watch for invitations to participate.
