Description of the Tasks/Projects Completed

I tagged along with the head equipment manager and helped up set up the room for practices and gamedays, helped repair player's equipment, took inventory of apparel and equipment, and helped with doing the laundry of the athletes and coaches.

Skills/Knowledge Gained Through The Experience

I learned a lot about time management and completing certain things in a quicker fashion. I learned the importance of networking and how important the people you know may be when it comes finding your next job.

Favorite Part of the Experience

I enjoyed being behind the scenes and setting up the locker room for the players and making everything look nice and clean before the athletes come in for practices or games. Another favorite part was being right there at the glass and being able to watch every home game and a few away games.
