I worked with students that struggled with reading. I also assisted with organizing Reading Programs.
Skills/Knowledge Gained Through The Experience
I gained knowledge of how to teach reading to students. I also gained experience in conducting book fairs and other reading programs.
Favorite Part of the Experience
Working with the students and witnessing their improvement.
How the Experience Influenced Future Career Goals
This experience has given me more experience in reading intervention and in gaining more organizational skills as well. These skills are very much needed in the field of education.
