Description of the Tasks/Projects Completed
- Windows 10 migration Client Management Suite migration Level III support of Client technology Office365 support - Computer deployments for members - Computer cleaning - Configuration of warehouse default computers (i.e. logon logistics, specialized software installation, set-up at designated warehouse location, etc.) - Daily tasks of tickets
Skills/Knowledge Gained Through The Experience
I bettered myself on how to multitask. When I have multiple desktops/laptops to migrate and re-image to Windows 10, then have deployment tickets, or have other duties given to me, I am able to prioritize, time-keep and gain memory skills on what are my current tasks at hand, without forgetting any project I am currently needing to work on.
Favorite Part of the Experience
Working with a team. Whether it is the other interns doing the same project as me to where we can bounce ideas/questions/suggestions off of one another, to asking supervisors help on the subject matter to learn more in-depth about the "why" things are they way they are. Another thing is that all the interns were able to have plenty of professional development and bonding events to partake in, including attending NeoCon in Chicago! We were sent on a charter bus down there for the day with lunch provided!
How the Experience Influenced Future Career Goals
It has made me confident in my field to where I know that others have my back. I can be comfortable when working with my coworkers and know that no matter the question, they will always be there with a listening ear to try and help the situation as much as they can.
