Description of the Organization
GHSP is an international supplier of automotive shift systems and precision mechatronic assemblies. While traditionally focused on the automotive industry, GHSP has expanded into high-end home appliance controls and small, precision motor assemblies.
Description of the Tasks/Projects Completed
Coordinated an industrial automation upgrade project, to include researching available options, coordinating vendor meetings, creating and submitting request for quote (RFQ) documents, evaluating potential solutions. Future work to be performed includes negotiating terms of purchase, generating statement of work (SOW) documents, installing and testing hardware and software, developing a high-level user interface, and providing long-term support for the finished product. Purchased components for, assembled, programmed and installed a large-format ambient temperature and humidity monitoring system for a controlled environment testing laboratory.

Moving to a workspace with wraparound picture windows and a low cubicle partition in front of my computer.
