Worked with the program manager of Assisted Living and Dementia Unit in managing the staff, and helping create a thriving environment for each resident by making sure their care plans were up to date and were receiving satisfactory care from all staff.

I learned effective management skills for home for the age, and what it takes to keep a facility up to the highest standards to increase residents satisfaction in life.

Getting to spend time and know each resident.
