Use ADA – Support to get help with your SAP documents.

1. Access ADA Through the Portal

• After logging in to the Portal, locate ADA – Support in the menu.

2. Start a Chat

• Click the "Chat Now" button to open a new support window.

3. Request SAP Help

• In the chat window, type the following exactly as shown and send the message: help with SAP

The SAP WebGUI can be accessed from any computer that is able to connect to the internet.
