Abstract

Foam Buddy is a portable spray foam insulation machine that works with two component foams. It is powered by a tool battery and uses DC motors and gear pumps to pump the components through a hose where they will end up mixing together just as it exits the nozzle assembly. This machine is ideal for small projects such as insulating a new addition on a house or for use in small and complex areas such as an attic. The foam buddy machine is meant for easy and cost-effective use.
