GVSU Students Create 3D-Printed Exoskeleton for Toddler

In our June newsletter, we brought you several stories on Lylah Gritter, a toddler with type I spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). Engineering students at Grand Valley designed and built Lylah a mobility device that allows her to move and play independently. Now you can watch the WZZM 13 video on an exoskeleton created for Lylah by another team of Engineering students. The device allows Lylah better control of her arms.
