Approach to Therapy: I strive to create an empowering space for clients to feel safe to explore their individual concerns.  My approach draws on psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and relational frameworks to help clients understand the impact of previous experiences, heal from these experiences, and develop alternative strategies for coping. Further, I prioritize an authentic therapy relationship that invites clients to explore their concerns without judgement to foster meaningful change.
