Mental Health Awareness Month
Each May, countless organizations and individuals gather in community for Mental Health Awareness Month. Together, we fight the stigmatization of mental illness, provide support and resources to those who could benefit, educate the public on the causes and implications of mental health concerns, and advocate for policies that support the millions of people in the U.S. affected by mental illness.
This May, we encourage all GVSU community members to participate in the events sponsored by the University Counseling Center and Disability Support Resources designed to help us all cultivate an enhanced sense of well-being.
