Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered. I believe in the power of authentic relationships, so I strive to create a therapy environment which focuses on respect, compassion, and trust. I draw from multiple theoretical orientations including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic/Existential, and Solutions-Focused Therapy to work with students on achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
