StrengthsFinder Top 5: Communication, Maximizer, Arranger, Strategic, Responsibility

Approach to Therapy: My approach therapy is integrative - drawing particularly from the Relational-Cultural framework which incorporates developmental experiences, relational patterns, and socio-cultural contexts as these impact our sense of self, relationships, coping resources, and well-being.  I strive to form an open, warm, and supportive relationship that honors student strengths and resiliency - and also empowers them to explore areas of concern and develop strategies for their desired learning and change.
