Duties:

• Schedule appointments for students
• Assist with scheduling meetings for clinicians
• Coordinate check-in process for clients

Self-Care:

• I love to go on walks and have picked up running in the last couple years.
• I often practice meditation including deep breathing exercises.

Fun Fact/s:

• My first job was working as a shift manager at a Family Video. This was obviously before streaming services were popular. However, I did gain a hefty collection of movies during my time there!
