Approach to Therapy: I work to take a holistic and person-centered approach to therapy, grounded on curiosity, empathy, and trust. I aim to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable to explore your unique story. My hope is that through therapy, we can work together toward identifying strengths, improving relationships, and growing a compassionate understanding of yourself.
