Approach to Therapy: I work to take a holistic and person-centered approach to therapy, grounded on curiosity, empathy, and trust. I aim to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable to explore your unique story. My hope is that through therapy, we can work together toward identifying strengths, improving relationships, and growing a compassionate understanding of yourself.

Fun Fact/s:

  • I lived in Zambia for four years post-undergrad and as a result love learning about the many cultures of the world and intercultural communication!

  • I have a corgi named Tod.
