Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is informed by several evidenced based practices, but what is most important to me is to create a client-centered collaborative working relationship that meets clients where they are at and helps them get to where they want to be. My hope is to offer a safe, affirming, and supportive space that also acknowledges ways in which systems of oppression are interwoven into client's lives. I believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives and that my role is to help promote resiliency and healing through collaboration!
