Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is integrative, with a strong focus on providing a safe, collaborative, unbiased, and genuine environment in therapy between myself and the student. I believe that this foundation will allow us to fully explore the current concern someone brings and to also examine how previous relationships, life experiences, and beliefs about oneself may be impacting the current situation. My hope is to not only work toward establishing concrete steps toward wellness now, but to work with someone to unlock a greater understanding of their authentic self and who they are becoming.
