Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is grounded in a strengths-based, anti-oppressive, queer, feminist, and trauma-informed lens. I strive to create an environment where your goals, interests, and values guide the therapeutic process. My work draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, that help us explore the connection between our body, emotions, mind, and the systems that surround us.  Above all, I aim to foster a collaborative, affirming, and empowering therapeutic experience. All are welcome!
