Welcome to the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Academic Advising Center website. The Center and this website is available to help serve the academic needs of students pursuing or considering a major or minor in CLAS. Our goals are to help students successfully complete their major and/or minor, and to smoothly navigate the university on their chosen path to attain knowledge, skills, and a degree. If you are a prospective or new student to GVSU, see this page for some helpful information.

Students will find answers to many of their academic questions within this site, but our professional advisors are available to address questions and concerns in more depth. For further detailed information about the CLAS Academic Advising Center, see our Mission, Vision and Values.

To schedule an appointment with an academic advisor, call (616) 331-8585 or stop by our office in C-1-140 MAK (View Campus Map)
