Bio
Bethany Marshall is the Clinical Coordinator and Affiliate Faculty for the Medical Dosimetry Program at Grand Valley State University. A former Radiation Therapist and Medical Dosimetrist, she brings clinical expertise and a passion for education to her role. Her experience mentoring residents and students sparked her commitment to teaching, where she focuses on hands-on learning, real-world application, and preparing students for success in modern radiation oncology.

Professional Interests
My teaching philosophy emphasizes student-centered, adaptive learning that bridges theoretical knowledge with real-world clinical application, preparing students to excel in complex treatment planning and patient care. My clinical focus includes improving workflows and efficiencies in medical dosimetry and exploring innovations in Cherenkov imaging to enhance treatment accuracy and patient outcomes.
