Bio
Haley McGee, MHA, EdD(c) is the Director of Clinical Education for the Respiratory Care program. Before transitioning full time to academia, Haley practiced clinically as a respiratory therapist for ten years, with a wide range of experiences including rehabilitation, neonatal transport and critical care. A passionate advocate for the profession, Haley is an active member of the American Association for Respiratory Care and serves in multiple leadership roles within the MSRC.

Professional Interests
My research examines post-COVID burnout among respiratory therapists and practical supports for resilience and retention. My academic and service work share a common goal: expanding the impact and visibility of respiratory care while aligning education, clinical practice, and patient outcomes.
