Bio
Mattie Brechbiel holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science (2016) and a Master of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology (2019), both from GVSU. With a strong academic foundation and interest in clinical microbiology and infectious disease, Mattie is passionate about advancing diagnostic science and supporting public health. In addition to laboratory and research work, she enjoys mentoring and working with students, helping foster the next generation of scientists in healthcare.
