Bio
Dr. Van Dam is a Board-Certified Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Clinical Specialist, with clinical expertise most focused within the acute care and critical environments, who continues to practice within critical care at Corewell Health West's Meijer Heart Center. Dr. Van Dam serves as the Director of Clinical Education for GVSU's DPT program. She has experience as a Site Coordinator of Clinical Education, is a Level 1 and Level 2 Credentialed CI, and a Level 1 CCIP Trainer.

Professional Interests
Dr. Van Dam's research, teaching interests, and areas of professional focus include cardiovascular and pulmonary physical therapy, physical therapy acute/critical care practice, and PT clinical education.
