Bio
Dr. Meghan Fox became a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer in 2012. She earned a Ph.D. from Michigan State University and has been serving as a faculty member at GVSU since 2017. Dr. Fox primarily teaches in the Master of Athletic Training (MAT) program and aligns her research and service contributions with her areas of teaching expertise. Personally, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and dog, and doing outdoor activities especially during the lovely Michigan summers.
Professional Interests
Core teaching includes athletic training courses related to prehospital care, psychosocial strategies, evidence-based practice, and interprofessional education. Current research interests include areas of study involving mental health, inclusion/equity, simulation, and youth concussion.
