Bio
Josie Fowler, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a Senior Clinical Affiliate Faculty member at GVSU. She earned her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from The Ohio State University. She specializes in adult care, with clinical interests in acute and long-term acute settings, focusing on dysphagia and communication for individuals with medically complex conditions, including those weaning from mechanical ventilation.

Professional Interests
Josie Fowler teaches CSD 302 and CSD 401 at GVSU. She is passionate about helping undergraduate students build a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and neurology to support their success in future coursework.
