Homecoming Royalty Nominations
Grand Valley State University's Homecoming Royalty are learners who represent the Grand Valley community and emulate what it means to be a Laker. Candidates are enrolled full-time, third or fourth-year class standing, have attended Grand Valley for at least 1 academic year, and are in good standing with the institution. Homecoming Royalty nominations are NOW OPEN!
Homecoming Royalty selection is based on two categories: formal interview and voting.
The 2024 Homecoming Royal will receive a $500 scholarship towards their academics.

Homecoming Royalty Timeline
April 25 - September 23: Homecoming Royalty nominations open
September 30 - October 9: Homecoming Royalty interviews
October 15: Homecoming Royalty Court announced & voting opens
October 28: Homecoming Royalty Court voting closes
October 29: Homecoming Royalty is crowned at the Homecoming Pep Rally
November 2: Homecoming Royalty is recognized at the Homecoming football game
