This session builds understanding and momentum for teams launching or strengthening a Peer to Peer program. Participants will explore a condensed Foundations overview and use the Peer to Peer Playbook for step-by-step guidance. This session is ideal for new team members joining an existing team with a leader, or those starting a program in the coming school year. It creates a shared understanding of purpose, structure, and next steps.
Intended Audience: This session orients team members and does not replace the full Foundations training. Teams are encouraged to attend the full series, offered each fall.
