Need a break from studying? Tired of staring at the same four walls of your office or dorm room?
Spend some time slow-looking at art on any of GVSU's campuses!
Slow-looking is a mindfulness practice of spending an extended amount of time observing a single work of art. Select any work of art you like (we suggest starting with a serne landscape or even a colorful abstract!) and spend 5-10 minutes with the one work of art. Don't worry about any information on the label or around the work of art- just calm your mind, and spend some time with art.
