Weekly Appointment Form

Please use the following form in order to sign-up for a Weekly Appointment at the Writing Center. Once submitted, the Writing Center Office Coordinator, Lisa Gullo, will reach out to you via email with a finalized day, time, and location of your appointment.

Please note:

This is a weekly appointment and we expect you to attend each week
You must attend consulting sessions as scheduled. If you will be absent, please notify the Writing Center via email ([email protected]) or phone (616-331-2922)
Please be on time for your consulting session.
You are allowed two cancellations. After your second no-show or cancellation, you will be dropped from the schedule.

Weekly appointments are one-hour sessions and can be scheduled during the following Writing Center open hours:

Sunday: 2:00pm-8:00pm
Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-8:00pm
Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm
