Participants MUST meet the criteria specified below:

• live in one of the following counties: Allegan, Calhoun, Ionia, Kalamazoo, Kent, Muskegon, or Ottawa County.

AND

• have served at minimum 180 days of active duty service
• any discharge above dishonorable
• have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
