Daily temporary permits are available to all active students of GVSU at $10 per day and will be billed directly to the student's account. Daily permits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If you need to park on campus more frequently, please consider purchasing a traditional semester parking permit. 

• Guests and visitors may utilize the pay-to-park areas marked in green on the campus maps. When parking in pay-to-park, we highly recommend using ParkMobile.
• If you would prefer a day permit at no cost, please stop into Parking Services in the Eberhard Center with a valid Photo ID and license plate number to obtain a visitor permit.
• Visitors that do not have a permit, may obtain one from either of our offices or utilize the pay-to-park locations. Currently enrolled students, Faculty/Staff with active appointments, individuals with GVRP permits, and/or tenants are not eligible to use visitor permits. Marked visitor spaces and visitor permit required lots are enforced 24/7.
• Parking permits are required on the Grand Rapids Campuses with the exception of Pay-to-Park areas. Permits are required Monday-Thursday 3:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and Friday 3:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
