TCS Leadership Series [2026-27] - Session 1 Makeup Form

Instructions for Completion

Since you were unable to attend the live session on Friday, September 11, this activity will give you an opportunity to reflect on your individual leadership style. Please read each prompt carefully and write your responses in the spaces provided. For short-answer questions, aim for a minimum of 2–4 sentences so your responses fully explain your choices and connect them to your personal leadership skills.

The form is divided into two sections: 1:00–2:00 p.m. and 2:00–3:00 p.m. If you arrived late or had to leave early, please complete the section corresponding to the portion of the workshop you missed. If you were unable to attend any part of the workshop, please complete the entire form.

When you have finished, submit this form to receive credit for the session. If you have any questions, please email Em at [email protected].

  • When you hear the word leader, what comes to mind?
  • Who is the first person you think of as a leader, and why?
  • Are leaders born, or can leadership be learned?
  • Does being a leader mean being in charge, or can it mean something else?
  • Can you think of someone who leads by example without calling themselves a leader?
