Take Care of Yourself

Maybe 2020 is the year you are able to take a step back, reduce your stress, and prioritize your wellbeing. College life can be fast-paced and it’s easy to neglect yourself when you get so busy with other activities. Make a goal to listen to yourself and utilize the counseling resources on campus if needed.
