Sabbatical leaves are a focused time for scholarship or creative exploration in the faculty member's field and are to be of mutual benefit to the applicant and the university.

Sabbatical Proposal Preread 2026

Submit your draft sabbatical proposal for a preread by a member of the University Sabbatical Review Committee.
Proposals received by July 8 will receive a complete review. Proposals received after the deadline may not be reviewed.
