A supportive and safe environment for individuals who identify in the LGBTQIA+ community and allies to perform strength-based workouts. Certified instructors are available to provide guided workouts and proper instructions for lifting and technique.

Class Description

Women on Weights is a class taught by women Fitness Specialists who are passionate about empowering other women! The gym doesn't have to be an intimidating place. This class will focus on building strength skills to make you feel more confident for when you go out into the gym by yourself. We will work on muscular strength and endurance for basic lifting skills.

Strength Upper Day

Upper day is instructed by Fitness Specialists who are knowledgeable about strength training fundamentals! The workouts consist of different exercises that target upper body muscle groups such as biceps, triceps, shoulders, back and chest exercises. This class will focus on building strength skills to make you feel more confident for when you go out into the gym by yourself. We will work on muscular strength and endurance for basic lifting skills.
