Small Group Training

Small Group Training provides the opportunity for participants to experience the benefits of working with a certified personal trainer, while completing exercises and workouwithin a small group of goal-oriented individuals. This is a great option for those that are looking for an effective, high-quality workout that is focused on skill development, motivation, and enhanced fitness at no cost to you!

 

This year, we are using the MindBody app. To sign up for a class...

  • Create an account or sign into the MindBody app (Apple Store or Google Play). 
  • Select your preferred class you would like to enroll in through MindBody.
  • Locate the class in the app and by following the signs posted around the outdoor field locations or in the Fieldhouse guiding you to the ICA Weight Room.

Strength In the Sun

Looking to do your weight training outdoors, but don't have the equipment or space? With "Strength in the Sun" Small Group Training we supply the workouts, the equipment, and the energy for you to have fun working out in the sun! This class will focus on traditional strength training and introduce unique exercises guaranteed to get you stronger and having a blast while doing it!

This class welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and has indoor backup space, pictured here, reserved for inclement weather, so you won't have to miss a beat if it rains!

  • Learn new strength building techniques and how to properly apply them to reach your goals more effectively and efficiently

Sunsets & Supersets

Looking to do some of your workouts outside, but don't have the equipment or space? Let us help with our "Sunsets & Supersets" Small Group Training! This class will focus on a combination of functional training and cardio-based exercises guaranteed to get you sweating and having a blast while doing it!

This class welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and has indoor backup spaces reserved for inclement weather, so you won't have to miss a beat if it rains!

  • Learn how to utilize a variety of exercises and training methods to reach your goals effectively, while having fun

LIFT Small Group Training

L.I.F.T. (LGBTQ Inclusive Fitness Training)

A supportive and safe environment for individuals who identify in the LGBTQIA+ community and allies to perform strength-based workouts. Certified instructors are available to provide guided workouts and proper instructions for lifting and technique.

This class welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and has indoor backup spaces reserved for inclement weather, so you won't have to miss a beat if it rains!
