Small Group Training provides the opportunity for participants to experience the benefits of having a certified personal trainer, while completing exercises and workouts within a small group of goal-oriented individuals. This is a great option for those that are looking for an effective, high quality workout that is focused on skill development, motivation and enhanced fitness at a very affordable cost. (Less than $4 per workout!)

Intro to Strength

Are you new to weight training and have trouble figuring out what exercises to do or what programs to follow? This Intro to Strength class will help you learn correct form and progressions for main compound movements in a motivating and non-judgmental environment. Classes will be limited to 12 participants. Register soon before the spots fill up!

S.M.A.R.T. Strength

Do you already have some experience weight lifting, but want to know how to effectively train using Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely (S.M.A.R.T.) goals? This class is the one for you! Our S.M.A.R.T. Strength class will focus on progressing foundational movements, testing for Rep Maxes and retesting of progress at the end of the semester, and peak intensity exercises with short breaks, followed by repeated cycles. Some formats you can expect are Tabata, Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM), and more! Spots are limited to just 12 participants so make sure to sign up before the class fills up!

L.I.F.T. (LGBTQ Inclusive Fitness Training)

A supportive and safe environment for individuals who identify in the LGBTQIA+ community and allies to perform strength-based workouts. Certified instructors available to provide guided workouts and proper instructions for lifting and technique.

  • Every Tuesday and Thursday, 7:15-8:00pm
  • Location: Fieldhouse B9
  • Sessions limited to 30 participants
  • Cost: FREE!
