Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training

Welcome to the Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training!

The Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training is located within the College of Health Professions at Grand Valley State University. Students have the opportunity to pursue a Master of Athletic Training or a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree through completion of professional, graduate-level coursework in state-of-the-art facilities located on the Medical Mile in Grand Rapids, MI. Faculty, staff, and students work collaboratively to create an educational environment that prioritizes diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and a sense of belonging for all.
