Please include your contact information and a description of the issue you wish to be addressed. Complainants are kept confidential tot he extent possible and retaliation for filing a complaint is prohibited. 

For GVSU DPT program accreditation status concerns or to file a complaint about the GVSU DPT program with the accrediting body, please contact the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
