Camera Operator
Operates the camera and aids in production for a variety of video productions.
Note: Candidates must graduate after April 2027.
Photographer
Provides high-quality photography services including: marketing content, specialized event coverage, formal headshots, and high-end portraiture on a project-by-project basis.
Note: Candidates must graduate after December 2026.
Video Editor
Works to meet the post-production needs of various client-based video projects.
Note: Candidates must graduate after April 2027.
Production Sound Mixer
Operates field recorders and various microphones on set during production and assist with audio editing when needed.
Note: Candidates must graduate after December 2026.
Marketing Assistant (OSL Marketing)
Assists the marketing project manager with Student Life marketing projects and tables at various events on behalf of the Office of Student Life.
Perfect for marketing, advertising & publications, communications, and related majors.
Office Admin Assistant
Supports the Promotions Office through front desk management, administrative tasks, and campus posting.
Note: Candidates must graduate after December 2026. This position requires work-study.
Closed Positions
Graphic Designer
Responsible for designing and printing a wide variety of materials that are used to promote campus events and more. Manage project deadlines and get experience working with clients and vendors.
Note: Candidates must graduate fall 2026 or later.
Advanced Video Editor
Works to meet the advanced post-production and graphic animation needs of various client-based video projects. This position requires prior experience with After Effects.
Cinematographer
Operates the camera and works as the director of photography for a variety of video productions. This position requires prior experience with lighting.
Production Designer
Oversees and directs the visual appearance of large scripted productions which includes: set dressing, wardrobe, and props.
Video/Photo Project Manager
Works directly with clients as a producer to create videos that meet their unique needs for the campus community.
Marketing Project Manager (OSL Marketing)
Manages marketing campaigns, helps strengthen and maintain the Office of Student Life brand, and collaborates on special marketing projects. This is a team lead position.

Social Media Coordinator (OSL Marketing)
Creates content for and maintains the Office of Student Life's social media accounts.

Assistant Video/Photo Project Manager
Assists with scheduling photo services, video pre-production, and office related work to accomplish projects that meet the unique needs of the campus community.
Digital Content Manager (DSA Marketing)
Assists with the editorial process of content, creative development, building, and the management of the weekly Division of Student Affairs newsletter. This is a team lead position.
This is a writing-focused position. Please plan on submitting a writing sample with your application.
