Thoughts on Time at Grand Valley:
"
GVSU was an amazing experience. GVSU’s PE program was the best decision I ever made. I came into the program late, due to switching my major, junior year of college. The department, and everyone in it, was so amazing. They treated me as if I had always been a part of the program. My fellow PE majors and PE faculty were like family and we all helped each other with whatever we needed. My final year with teacher assisting and student teaching was hard, but what got me through it was my PE family. I felt fully prepared to enter teaching thanks to this program; with countless resources, the ability to effectively create a curriculum with in depth lesson plans, and the confidence to make my students and school feel I was giving them my best."
