Thoughts on Time at Grand Valley:
“Completing my undergraduate degree at GVSU was the best decision I could have made. As a transfer student from a community college, I researched local colleges in the West Michigan area to complete my four-year degree at. I selected GVSU because of their strong reputation for producing great teachers and the high-quality professors I would get the privilege to work with. Dr. Colleen Lewis and Dr. Ingrid Johnson were instrumental in molding me into the educator that I have become. Not only did I leave GVSU with the content knowledge to deliver a highly effective physical education & health curriculum to K-12 students, but I was taught how to be a teacher that makes a difference not only in his students lives, but the community he works in as well. Anyone that is considering GVSU will not be disappointed! Go Lakers!"
